Welcome to Bobby's World BBS! The primary purpose of this site is to reunite all the people who used the BBS to play games (TW2002, Solar Realms, Barney Splat and others), chat and use newsgroups.
I've recently received many random e-mails asking if I'm the Bobby from Bobby's World. It makes me so happy to hear some of the stories from the old BBS members and to see where you've all gone in your lives.
I'm very interested in getting everybody together again for a reunion GT and possibly keeping us all in touch.
This website is owned, maintained and hosted by me, Bobby Rubano. That said, anything we want, we can do. So if you have a suggestion or would like to be a Co-Sysop (LOL) just let me know.
Where To Start
Two things worth doing while you're here:
Add yourself to the member roster — handle, real name, where you ended up, and a photo if you've got one. Every entry gets read by me before it goes up, so it's just the people who were actually here.
Drop into the chat room — same idea as the old one, slash commands and all. If nobody's on, leave the tab open. Somebody always turns up.
